We’re investing in the future of democracy by developing the next generation of engaged, informed, and empathetic citizens. Empathy can be a difficult concept to define. So we want to share where you’ve seen Empathy In Action.
How to Participate!
Option 1:
Narrate a story that you experienced yourself or witness that displayed empathy. Be sure to include any photo(s) or video(s) from your experience. Click here to view an example >>

Did you see a great story in the news or on social media recently that displayed empathy? Describe what you saw to us. Be sure to include any links to the story, video(s) or image(s) that you watched. Click here to view an example >>
Shooting Guidelines & Submission Instructions
– Shoot your video selfie style or from waist up, vertically.
– Keep the video to 90 seconds or less. Make sure you’re in good lighting and against a clean background.
– Keep all background noise (music, TV) to a minimum.
